Inland Community Bank (ICB) opened its doors on April 12, 1990 in Rialto. In 1996 we opened our Loma Linda and Ontario offices and in 1998 we opened our Los Angeles office. ICB is a full service bank specializing in serving the small businesses in the communities in which we are located. ICB is proud to offer its services to all types of businesses such as manufacturing, sales, medical professionals, escrow companies, accounting and law firms. We also accommodate real estate developers and property management companies.
